— Coffee & Tea — N° 04

Whole-bean coffees.

At 1369 we offer up to two dozen varieties of coffee from around the world, roasted fresh by local roasters. Roasts range from a full-city light mahogany to a dark Italian. Different roasts bring out the distinctive characteristics of each varietal.

N° 01 — Our practice —

Five rules we don't break.

  • 01 We've selected several premium roasters in the Northeast, noted for quality and socially conscious buying practices.
  • 02 Once roasted, coffee has a limited life span — about 2–4 weeks if properly stored.
  • 03 1369 will not sell coffee 10 days after its roast date. We insist on fresh coffee for ourselves and for our customers.
  • 04 We brew only with filtered fresh water.
  • 05 We get our coffees in weekly — come in and see what's available.
N° 02 — On the shelf —
